All your company information is entered here. Please note that the “Company” field is locked and cannot be changed or amended by you.
View Sent Box
This shows a list of all emails sent. “Clear Attachments” will delete all attachments from emails sent and reduces the size of the database. If you are happy with a large sized database, then you don’t need to clear the attachments.
View Outbox
Any emails awaiting to be sent are listed here. Press “Send Mail” button to send the listed emails. If the email continues to fail to send, then this can be deleted by pressing the trash can.
Mailing History
Shows a log of your email campaign sent and the responses received for each. Any un-sent emails can be processed by pressing the “Send” button on the relative entry. If an email is incorrect or not going through, then click on the relative line entry and you can delete an email by pressing the trash can.
